These Terms & Conditions govern your use of InterBullion Metals’ subscription-based precious metals delivery service.
1. Introduction
Welcome to InterBullion Metals (“we”, “us”, “our”). By subscribing to our monthly precious metals plans, you (“the customer”, “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
2. Nature of the service
InterBullion Metals provides monthly deliveries of physical precious metals based on the customer’s selected plan. The metals delivered may vary in weight, form and type according to current market prices and availability but will always align with the value of the customer’s subscription.
3. Subscription plans & billing
Our plans operate on a recurring monthly payment basis:
- By subscribing, you authorise InterBullion Metals to charge your chosen payment method automatically each month via Stripe.
- Your chosen plan price is billed in GBP at the interval specified (monthly).
- Plan prices are fixed at the time of joining unless we notify you of a change.
- You may upgrade or downgrade your plan, subject to our processing time and current availability.
4. Minimum term
InterBullion Metals does not require a minimum term. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle (see Section 6 below).
5. Deliveries
- Parcels are shipped discreetly, without obvious precious metal branding.
- Deliveries are sent to the address you provide during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure this is accurate and kept up to date.
- Shipping may include tracked and/or insured services depending on the value of the monthly allocation.
- Delivery times may vary based on stock availability, supplier delays, courier performance or events beyond our control.
6. Cancellations & refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Stripe customer portal (where available) or by contacting us directly.
- Cancellations take effect from the next billing date; charges already processed will not be refunded.
- Once a payment is processed, precious metals will be allocated and prepared for dispatch. For this reason, payments already taken are non-refundable.
- If a parcel is reported lost or damaged in transit, we will investigate with the courier and may replace or refund at our discretion.
7. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current delivery information.
- Ensuring a secure location for receipt of parcels.
- Keeping your Stripe payment details up to date.
- Understanding the risks associated with precious metals, including price volatility and potential loss of value.
8. Company responsibilities
InterBullion Metals is responsible for:
- Procuring precious metals appropriate to your selected plan.
- Ensuring secure, discreet packaging.
- Dispatching orders in a reasonable timeframe.
- Handling genuine customer service issues in a professional manner.
9. Pricing & market conditions
- Precious metal values fluctuate daily in response to market conditions.
- The weight and exact quantity delivered each month will reflect current market prices at the time of allocation.
- We may adjust plan prices in future. Where this occurs, existing subscribers will be notified in advance and given the option to continue or cancel.
10. No financial advice
InterBullion Metals does not provide personalised investment or financial advice. All decisions to subscribe, continue or cancel are yours alone. If you are unsure whether precious metals are suitable for your circumstances, you should seek advice from a qualified financial adviser.
11. Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from your use of our services.
- Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
