Effective date: [19/12/2025] • These terms govern subscriptions and purchases made through InterBullion Metals.
Important: Precious metals prices can move rapidly. We provide access to physical metals on a subscription basis. We do not provide investment advice.

1. Who we are

“InterBullion Metals”, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to the operator of this website and service. “You” and “your” refers to the customer and/or subscriber.

2. The service

We offer subscription plans where you pay a fixed amount on a monthly basis via Stripe. In return, we purchase and allocate physical gold and/or silver broadly aligned to your chosen plan. The exact product format, weight, brand or year may vary depending on availability and live market pricing.

3. Billing, renewal and cancellation

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in GBP via Stripe.
  • Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time via Stripe (or by contacting us for assistance). Cancellation stops future billing; it does not reverse charges already taken.
  • If a payment fails, your subscription may be paused or cancelled by Stripe until updated.

4. Allocation & permitted formats

  • We source metals based on what is available from our suppliers and what fits within your monthly contribution.
  • We typically source silver coins in common sizes (e.g. 1 oz / 1/2 oz) and gold bars from 1 g and above (plan dependent).
  • Images and examples on the website are illustrative only.

5. Fulfilment schedule (UK & international)

  • UK Quarterly Delivery: UK subscriptions are fulfilled on a quarterly delivery schedule by default (to reduce shipping and handling costs). We aim to ship within the relevant quarterly window.
  • UK Vault option: UK customers may choose vault storage (see vault fees below). Delivery may be requested subject to verification and shipping costs.
  • International: International subscriptions are vaulted by default and shipped during scheduled windows in June and December, subject to verification, destination restrictions and operational constraints.

6. Vault & custody fees

  • Where vault storage applies, a custody fee of £5/month is charged via Stripe as part of checkout/subscription.
  • UK: vault storage is optional.
  • International: vault storage is required and includes the £5/month custody fee.

7. Shipping, delivery, taxes and customs

  • We ship to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring it is accurate and current.
  • Shipping timing can vary due to supplier lead times, verification, insurance, and carrier constraints.
  • International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import restrictions, and local compliance requirements. These are your responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • We may refuse or delay shipment where required by law, carrier rules, insurance requirements, or risk controls.

8. Verification & compliance

We may request identity, proof of address, source-of-funds information, and/or other verification before shipping, vaulting, or processing buy-back requests. We may suspend service where checks are incomplete or concerns arise.

9. Buy-back

  • Buy-back is available by request and subject to verification and operational checks.
  • For vaulted holdings purchased through us, we aim to price at the prevailing spot (bid) price at the time of execution (subject to checks and confirmation).
  • For delivered holdings or external metals, pricing is quoted after verification (and may include assay, handling, and logistics costs).
  • Settlement is typically by bank transfer after confirmation.

10. Price movements & substitutions

Metal prices change continuously. Your subscription amount is fixed, but the metal you receive/allocate can vary. We may substitute formats to remain within the value of your monthly contribution and to manage availability.

11. Refunds and right to cancel (important)

Precious metals are price-sensitive and may be treated as goods whose price is dependent on financial market fluctuations. As a result, once an order/allocation is placed, cancellation and refunds may be limited.

If you believe an error has occurred, contact us promptly and we will review the matter.

12. Liability

  • We are not liable for losses arising from market price movements.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, customs, security checks, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law.
